Please do not enter sensitive/special-category personal data in the project details field.
- Required: full name, phone/WhatsApp number, product category and estimated quantity.
- Optional: company, work email, country, product/style reference and project details.
- System records: IP address, submission date/time, security/anti-abuse data, and the notice version and acknowledgement time.
- Any information you later provide in email or telephone correspondence about the request.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to receive, evaluate and respond to your quote, discuss specifications and production requirements, and take steps you request before a possible manufacturing contract. We do not use quote data for marketing, advertising or profiling.
The legal basis is KVKK Article 5/2(c), processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps requested by you. Limited security and abuse-prevention logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests under KVKK Article 5/2(f), after considering your rights. Where the GDPR applies, the corresponding bases are Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f). The acknowledgement checkbox is not consent.
4. Collection, recipients and transfers
Data is collected electronically through the form and, where you continue the conversation, by email or telephone. It is accessed by authorised quotation and production personnel and may be processed by our hosting, email and technical providers under our instructions. It is shared with public authorities only where legally required.
Email, hosting or technical infrastructure may involve an international transfer. Any such transfer must use the mechanism required by KVKK Article 9 and, where applicable, GDPR Chapter V. We do not publish an unverified claim about a provider’s country or safeguard.
5. Retention
The request and related production correspondence are retained for two years from closure of the request or the last communication, then deleted or anonymised. If an order or contract follows, relevant records are moved to the separate statutory and contractual retention schedule. Deletion must also be applied through operational mailboxes and backup lifecycles.
6. Your choices and rights
Company, work email and country are optional. Without the required details, we cannot evaluate or respond through the form. You may contact us directly instead.
You have the KVKK Article 11 rights described in our Privacy Policy. Send a signed request to our registered address or email info@foreoffical.com from an address previously notified to and registered in our systems. We respond as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after appropriate identity verification.
