2. Data we process and how we collect it
We collect information directly from you and automatically through the operation and security of the website.
- Identity and contact data: name, phone number, optional work email, optional company and country.
- Quote and correspondence data: product category, estimated quantity, product/style reference, project details and subsequent email or telephone correspondence.
- Technical and security data: IP address, date and time, browser/device data, referring page, requested URLs and security/error logs.
- Preference data: site language and your cookie choice. Optional analytics data will be collected only if analytics is introduced and you first opt in.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data only for the purposes below and on the applicable legal basis.
- To receive, evaluate and respond to manufacturing and quotation enquiries and to take steps requested before a possible contract: KVKK Article 5/2(c); where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(b).
- To operate, protect and troubleshoot the website, prevent abuse and maintain service integrity: our legitimate interests under KVKK Article 5/2(f); where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(f), after considering your rights and interests.
- To meet accounting, regulatory, judicial or other legal duties: KVKK Article 5/2(ç); where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(c).
- Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced later, will be used only after a separate, freely given choice where consent is required. Quote data is not used for marketing or profiling.
4. Required and optional information
The quote form requires your full name, phone number, product category, estimated quantity and confirmation that you have read the specific notice. Company, work email and country are optional. If required information is not provided, we cannot evaluate or respond to the request through the form.
Please do not include health data, biometric data, religious or political views, criminal-record information or other sensitive/special-category personal data in free-text fields.
5. Recipients, external services and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised Fore Offical personnel who need the data for quotation, production communication, website administration or legal compliance. Data may also be processed by our hosting, email and technical service providers acting under our instructions, professional advisers where necessary, and competent public authorities when legally required.
Catalogue images are currently delivered from static.ticimax.cloud. Loading those images sends technical request data such as your IP address and browser headers to that external infrastructure. We do not state a country or transfer safeguard here because the provider entity and processing locations require separate verification.
If you choose our plain WhatsApp link, you will leave our website and WhatsApp/Meta will process information under its own terms. The pre-filled message contains only the selected product reference and is sent only after your action in WhatsApp. No WhatsApp SDK, widget or tracking pixel is loaded by this website. Google Analytics is not active at the date of this policy.
Where an international transfer occurs, we assess and apply the transfer mechanism required by KVKK Article 9 and, where applicable, GDPR Chapter V before enabling the relevant service. A cookie choice is not itself an international-transfer safeguard.
6. Retention
- Quote requests and related production correspondence: two years from closure of the request or the last communication, then deleted or anonymised. If an order or contract follows, records that form part of that relationship are retained under the separate statutory and contractual schedule.
- Cookie-choice records: six months, unless you change your choice earlier.
- Technical and security logs: only for the shortest period reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting and legal claims, then deleted or anonymised unless a legal duty requires longer retention.
7. Security and automated decisions
We use proportionate administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We do not use the data described here for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information about processing; learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction; request deletion or destruction where conditions are met; request notification of correction/deletion to recipients; object to an outcome produced exclusively by automated analysis; and request compensation for unlawful processing.
- Send a signed written request to our registered address, or email info@foreoffical.com from an address previously notified to and registered in our systems. We may request proportionate information to verify identity.
- We respond as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, subject to the legally permitted process and fees.
- Where the GDPR applies, you may also have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, and complaint to a competent supervisory authority.
9. Children and policy changes
This business-to-business website is not directed to children. Please do not submit a child’s personal data.
